Contact - How to order?

When ordering please supply the following information:
• Customer’s name and address for delivery,
• Name and telephone number of contact person,
• Address to which invoice should be sent (if different) containing VAT number,
• Purchase order number,
• Quotation number(s), Catalogue Product number(s) and name of the product(s),
• Quantity required.

Delivery:
• Unless otherwise stated, all catalogue items are available from stock.
• The products are delivered with detailed Product Information Sheet. Upon request MSDS is attached for all substances.
• The products are shipped by UPS or other courier mail.

Terms and conditions:
• Minimum order 100 EUR.
• All prices are in EUR. They are net prices, taxes, postage and packaging are not included.
• All fine chemicals are sold for experimental use only and are not for use for humans or as drugs.
• Users are solely responsible for ascertaining the existence of any patents on products and whether their use(s) will constitute an infringement.
• Special inquiries will also be accepted.
• Payment normally by bank transfer to bank account No. stated on the invoice.
• The customer is responsible for any bank fees and must include it in the payment.
• The customer is also responsible for any other fees such as customs duties, taxes or tariffs.
